DEFINITION
Public Private Partnership ( palatopharyngoplasty) describes a government helping or sequestered business venture which is funded and operated through a partnership of government and one or to a greater extent private celestial sphere companies.
A Public Private partnership is a contractual agreement between a humanity position (federal, state or local) and a private sector entity. through this agreement, the skills and assets of each sector (public and private) argon shared in delivering a service or facility for the use of the general public. Proposals are then evaluated to ensure they deliver value for money for taxpayers and cling to the public interest.
