The crowd was aghast. The Presidents motorcade sped away to the infirmary as President Kennedy was bleeding to death. Both wives were trying to shift their husbands. At 1:00 p.m. Central Time that afternoon, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy was pronounced dead.
